We de‑risk the engagement in two ways:
1) For the Revenue Engine OS Sprint ($72,500), we tie our work to agreed implementation milestones. If we miss those by the agreed date, we keep working at no additional Sprint fee until we do. If you’re not satisfied with our progress, we’ll align on a corrective plan and continue working against those milestones at no extra Sprint fee.
2) For the 2‑day Revenue Leak Diagnostic (Phase 1 of the Sprint), when we run it as a standalone engagement, we back it with a 5x Value Guarantee: if after the Diagnostic you don’t believe we’ve surfaced at least 5x the fee ($50,000+) in clear, quantified revenue or savings opportunities, we refund the full $10,000. We can only make that guarantee when you complete the short intake and share the requested pipeline data and call recordings so we’re working from real numbers.
