Can we customize the training?

Absolutely! Our team works closely with you to identify the root cause of symptoms you observe so that we can make the right recommendations for your sales org. Your training plan is specific to your business and your team(s). 

What’s the best timeline and duration for training?

Each team is different but we usually recommend a combination of live workshop sessions spread over 4-8 weeks along with executing the custom learning plan with the on-demand training. The custom learning plan is then implemented over the next 52 weeks by your front-line leaders. This helps increase active recall and spaced repetition, which is key for changing habits long term.

What if sales training hasn’t worked before for my team?

Now we don’t know your prior situation but we’ve found that most organizations hope that a “motivational speech” at their Sales Kick Off or 1-2 workshops will transform their team’s skills...but they don’t. This is like working out really hard for 1-2 days and then wondering why you’re not in shape 2 months later. We intentionally have built comprehensive programs with reinforcement support to focus on long-term outcomes. This increases the chances for success for your org as a result.

Will this work for my large org?

Yes, we will design a custom training and implementation plan to ensure it does.

What is the minimum number of attendees?

We have a starter package that begins with 10 but in some situations with some smaller teams, our DFY coaching solution may be a better fit.

Is training in-person or online?

This is dependent on your custom package. For Starter and Growth packages, these are virtual sessions done via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

When can we start training?

Once we complete the skill audit and build out the custom learning plan, we can potentially start within 2-4 weeks.

Is there an opportunity for continuous learning and coaching?

Yes, we intentionally build the solutions for ongoing skill development as we know learning is a journey and not a destination.

What’s the success rate?

The success rate is 100% dependent on the front-line leaders. We will provide the training, resources, coaching, and blueprint for success but we require the engagement of the front-line leaders to manage the day-to-day to help with implementation. This is a partnership designed to help your team be successful.
