Each team is different but we usually recommend a combination of live workshop sessions spread over 4-8 weeks along with executing the custom learning plan with the on-demand training. The custom learning plan is then implemented over the next 52 weeks by your front-line leaders. This helps increase active recall and spaced repetition, which is key for changing habits long term.
Now we don’t know your prior situation but we’ve found that most organizations hope that a “motivational speech” at their Sales Kick Off or 1-2 workshops will transform their team’s skills...but they don’t.
